Refund policy
At FINNIS, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide top-quality clothing that you love. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
1. Returns
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or credit card statement.
- It may take some time before your refund is posted by your financial institution.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at finniscal@gmail.com.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the address given after contacting finniscal@gmail.com. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, shipping of the replacement item will be covered by FINNIS.
