Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FINNIS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processes, and delays are possible.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FINNIS will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
